Any ☎️ messages left after 3:00pm on Saturdays will be returned on Tuesday when we are open again. Our staff needs to enjoy their downtime and recharge.

Thank you to our customers for your ongoing patience as we are working with our new system Gingr. Yesterday we had a few bumps but were able to resolve them quickly.
Our texting is not working just yet and we hope to have that resolved sometime Monday. Also, our old system has made it very difficult in regards to getting vaccination records into the new system so we are having to enter them one by one. We are working on this but it might not let you into the client portal if we haven’t gotten to your profile. If you get this message in the client portal feel free to call us and we will go ahead and get yours corrected so you can use the portal. If we don’t answer leave a message and we will get back to you!
I also want to say a special thank you to our staff. Big changes can be a bit stressful but they have really stepped up to learn the system and did an awesome job working with it yesterday.

CHANGES ARE COMING!
We are moving to a new computer system (Gingr) tomorrow. We ask that you have patience with us as we are still learning this system. Current customers, please keep an eye out over the weekend for an email with a link to establish your login to our client portal. If you have not received an email by Monday please call us and we will work to get your information updated so you receive the link.

Starting tomorrow, when you call there will be options to choose from based on the purpose of your call. To book an appointment or get help with the client portal please choose option 2. If our receptionist is on another call please leave a voicemail and she will call you back.

We also have a new website www.crittercutsnc.com We are still working on some final touches/corrections this evening but we are happy to finally have this established. You will notice a link there to the client portal but it will not be working until tomorrow.

We are so thankful for the growth that we have seen over the past several years and these changes will help us to be more efficient and to better serve our clients, both human and furry. We thank you in advance for your patience during this transition.
