When you work in animal rescue, there are countless nights 🌙 your heart ❤️ keeps you up late at night thinking of the animals. 💔

Stormie is the dog heavy on my heart lately. This photo was taken in December of last year.

Stormie has always been one we would describe as full of life and high energy.🥳 It didn't seem like much could phase her. 😘

Lately, when I'm in the big kennel room and I see Stormie she has been sitting calmly by her door. This isn't a good sign. 😪

Shelter life takes a tole on all dogs at some point in time. 💔
