Meet, stunning Sandy is a 5 year old lab/bully mix searching for her forever family. This affectionate beauty found herself surrendered to a county pound in rural WV. Her past may be a mystery, yet we do know the right family will help Sandy reach her full potential, and never let her down again. While in foster, she’s been very loving and is a smart girl that is a quick study. An ideal home for Sandy would include an active family with a fenced yard, and no small animals or dominant female dogs. She must be on leash or fenced as she is a “runner” and not treat motivated when she is on the go! She plays very well with male dogs that are closer to her size. Sandy is spayed, current on vaccines/monthly flea prevention, microchipped, HW & Lyme’s negative. Camper Families, Friends and Followers, please join me in wishing our Corgi Camper Cosmo a fabulous 4th Birthday!!

Cosmo joined our Camper family in May of 2021, nearly 3 years ago. I have watched him grow out of his puppy years and now has a sibling that comes with him on camp days. Cosmo has continued to keep me and the campers on our toes, as he likes to try to run the show, telling the other campers what is on his mind, and to keep them in line with his idle chatter (bark)..."no running", "enough rough play", "it's my turn". He is also my Winter Camper, and loves to stay out in the snow, and of course tries his darndest to get Miss Theresa's gloves!

Happy 4th Birthday my boy Cosmo...from Miss Theresa, and all of the Campers❤

DOGGIE DAY CAMP
Friends, Families and Followers of Furry Friends Camp, it is a difficult decision for me, but with the very long days/hours/weeks, and the cost of operating a small business, it has come time to close down the Doggie Day Camp portion of the Furry Friends Camp LLC.
From now until March 15th it will be business as usual. From March 15th thru the end of the month of March, Day Camp will run on a M-W-F schedule only, then closing permanently by April 1st.
GROOMING
Grooming will pick up day-time scheduling beginning the week of March 15th by adding Tues. and Thursday daytime hours. After April 1st, Furry Friends will go to All Grooming with daytime appointments, and alternating Evenings and alternating Saturday appointments.
As anyone that knows me knows that my Campers have been dear to me and they will be missed more than you can know.
Thank you Camper Families for allowing me to serve you these past Five years, by caring for your fur babies.

Ok, I have fallen behind!!! Embarrassed to say, I missed a very special Camper birthday...(they all are very special, lol)

On Sunday, our big handsome gentle Doodle Giant, Murphy G., turned 5!!! Where has the time gone??

Furry Friends Camp friends, family and followers, please join me in wishing out Murphy G (alias; Rock Star, lol), a great big birthday wish. Murphy is as playful at 5 as he has ever been, and has been such a great friend to all of the Campers. This boy has spotted Miss Theresa clear across a path at Ohio Pyle, and has run full speed to greet me. He has taken to Miss Theresa as his own, and when at Camp, It's his home away from home!

We need to celebrate again!!! One more January Birthday for our newest Camper Otto!!
Please join me, families, friends and followers, in wishing Otto his First Birthday!!
Otto has begun joining our group a day or two here and there, and he must love it because he now comes a few times a week, and pulls his mom toward the door in the morning. He is particularly fond of little Kuma, and vice versa. Such an interesting pair! Friends come in all shapes and sizes, and Otto has sure made his mark with the Campers here at Furry Friends Camp!

However, I have an open appointment Sat 1/6 due to a cancellation, and can fit in one small dog under 30lbs.

Happy Birthday Purkenji my camper with the most dynamic outlook at camp! "Purk" is truly a little big man! He loves playing ball and sharing toys. He is a runner and a jumper, and can I tell you the boy can play soccer...yup, that's right. Anyone that has seen him play with his BIG RED BALL, has seen the doggie equivalent to a soccer professional! He is friends to all campers big and small, and steals Miss Theresa's heart when he sleeps on her lap at nap time...the boy snores like a man, lol.
