My vision is finally becoming a reality… and boy does it make me, and our 4-legged babies (and mama) happy! 💭 ❤️🐶

Our new, 616 sq ft “puppy house” is nearly complete!… more 📸 to come, of course!

The Von Schwarz Doberman Kennel puppy house is equipped with:

- Electric, water (both hot and cold), and sewage
- Double insulated, and fully waterproof walls and ceiling
- “Doberman colored” waterproof epoxy flooring
- Heat, air conditioning, dehumidifier, and air purification systems
- 2 exhaust fans
- 2 double pane, extra large windows for sunlight
- (4) 8ft x 12ft “Quick ‘N’ Clean” puppy pod system that provides a grassy place for the puppies to “go” and it’s easy to clean and keep sanitary because it has sloped galvanized steel trays that are connected to a shop vac via a plumbing system. Raised flooring sections fit into the trays making a strong floor that big dogs and people can safely walk on. The floor is then covered with pet rated, plush turf, creating a nice soft grass look and feel. Liquid quickly drains down through the turf into the trays, so the puppies don’t track it about and remains extremely sanitary.
- 2 wall hanging hose reels for easy sanitation
- cordless power washers
- Puppy wash station
- Food prep station
- Heated matting and heat lamps for those cold Ohio winter evenings
- … and so much more!

We have specifically arranged the “pods” for the different stages of the weaning process so the sleeping/bedding/play areas vs. the potty areas adapt as the puppies grow and develop… making potty training a breeze, and the puppies clean and 💩 free!

The set up also allows the puppies a ton of room to play when they can’t go outside during the cold winter months, and even more room for the mother to get away from them when they are being naughty. 😈

We hope you appreciate this masterpiece as much as we, and our puppies do… as this design is a product of 14 years of experience with puppy houses! 🐶

Our puppies are loved and socialized, in a highly sophisticated and sanitary environment where they are protected, happy, and can THRIVE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mack von der Schwarz (Koen x Storm) is an 8 month old black/tan male available to a new home 🏠

He is AKC registered, UTD on vaccinations, crate, kennel, and house trained. He also has a substantial amount of professional obedience training. He is excellent with people, other dogs, out in public, and enjoys a very active lifestyle. He is honestly a unicorn! 🦄

He would make an excellent ACTIVE pet/companion, but also has the ability to be a high level working/sport dog.

His tail is docked, and his ears are cropped, though the previous owners never once posted the ears… the ears can be surgically repaired to stand, as the crop itself is tremendous (Dr. Ann Midgarden).
