We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation committed to the care and protection of free--roaming Stray, Abandoned and FEral cat populations in Orange County through no-kill initiatives such as rescue, T.N.V.R., spay/neuter & adoptions We are guided by the belief that 'Every Cat Matters'

That every cat have the freedom to enjoy a safe community in which they live, where ever they live. OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES:
We are the guardians and the voice for those that do not have a choice. It is our duty to love the unloved, help the helpless and bring hope to the hopeless.
