It’s with an incredibly heavy heart that I share the loss of another amazing client pup. Dawn Giegerich started out over 5 years ago as a client and in that time her and her family have become my family. At the beginning of this year she lost her beloved George and unfortunately she lost her Henry today. He was the best little potato around and will be greatly missed. I love you Henry. Give George a hug for us and we’ll see you again at the Rainbow Bridge💜🐾

I have been a Professional Dog Groomer for 20+ years. It is not a profession for everyone but for those who love it, it is truly our calling. It takes a very special person to be entrusted with complete strangers beloved pets. As we groom those dogs over time, those clients become family, along with the pups. Many times as groomers we can tell if something is wrong with the pet before it’s noticed at home, just by a change of demeanor. We’ve saved animals lives with our observance of those changes. We celebrate triumphs and tragedies with one another. If something happens to the pet, as the groomer, we grieve and mourn along with their owner. My love for all animals led me to this career. I have defeated many personal obstacles and traumas along the way and my grooming client families have held me up and stood by me the whole way. So after 20 years, I just want to say, as I do as often as I can, thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your pets and being the family I needed so much! I appreciate every single one of you and look forward to starting another New Year with you all 💜

Good morning and Happy Sunday! I try not to get involved in too many things thrown around online but when it attacks me as a groomer and my business I have to say something. This person in a comment about a local vet and their malpractices, accused me of cutting her dog many years ago. I keep all of my text conversations and only communicate through text for this reason. I looked back in my records and only have one person with this first name from 3 years ago and there is no where in our messages where she tells me I cut her dog. I also take photos of everything. Many of you know personally I have found cancer, old wounds from dog fights etc and always take photos and alert the owner. So, as always, if you see anything wrong after I have groomed your dog, I ask that you please reach out to me and make me aware. Things can easily happen with sharp tools and moving pups and we not know it. I can’t fix something that I’m unaware of. As always thank you to my amazing clients and I hope everyone has a blessed day 💜🐾

Dropping in with a little update post. As winter nears and just how dry it is up here in general, I’m adding deep conditioning treatment to all grooms. At no extra charge! I’m mainly posting as it will make groom times just a bit longer but the benefits to the skin and coat are well worth it!

Good morning! I’ve decided to do a trick or treating event the Saturday after Halloween! So November 2nd swing on by the shop with your pups and kids for some dog treats and human treats alike! I’ll post more info and fun stuff as we get closer! If weather permits we’ll be having a small bonfire and other fun events for everyone!
