Attention for those who travel to Canada with their dogs!

You may have heard there have been some CDC-mandated changes related to rabies vaccine certification when returning home to the US. These changes have gone through a few different versions, but the updated and current version is attached here. This goes into effect TODAY, August 1.

Of most importance:
1-The dog must be over 6 months of age and appear healthy
2-The dog must have a valid microchip
3-The rabies certificate must be valid/up to date and you need a copy with you
4-Owners need to fill out an import form each time you come back into the US (see link below).
