Thank you I had so much fun chatting with you on your podcast The Cosmic Womb. I truly loved having a platform where we could dive right on into the deep spiritual nature of our animals. Today was a perfect afternoon of relaxing, releasing & downloading in the magic of the Mad River with the goddess _
Plunging into the icy waters, anointing my feet with ritual oil and warming myself in the sunshine on the rocky river bank was the perfect medicine for my soul.

Today highlighted for me the nourishment & growth that comes from friendships with women who deeply see you, challenge you and hold you all while holding their own personal boundaries. I am so grateful for Rachel & the other incredible women I have the opportunity to connect with who are supporting each other on our spiritual journeys…. with our dogs by our sides.

My kitty Mira aka Miss Cuddles has been laying in the hallway outside our bedrooms and yelling at me. I connected in with her this morning and she said “I’m frustrated with Franki !!!! “

Franki is my 15 year old daughter. She said “her room is too messy! I can’t get to where I like to sleep!”

A few weeks ago Franki had put a standup AC unit sitting on this window sill & she let her room get pretty messy with a laundry basket and other things piled on this cozy dog bed area.

Mira was not having it and missing her spot .
She’s so happy to have her cozy sheepskin back to keep an eye on the neighborhood.

Maybe the cat demanding the room is clean will work 😂 New parenting strategy. Thanks Mira.

I have the most perfect puppies. Nelly, Charlie & Mimi. I missed their cuddles while I was gone. They are so great at matching my energy. Today I need to recover from Superzoo and they are more than happy to lounge alongside me. But if I was up for a long walk or hike through the woods they would be ready to roll. I have fostered so many dogs over the past 15 years that I really got to know “my kind “ of dog. This is such a wonderful way to help save lives and to find your perfect pup. And just because one doesn’t fit into your lifestyle that you foster doesn’t mean that they are not someone else’s dream dog ! For me I will always expand my pack when ready with whatever dog is in need and is an energetic match! I’m so blessed to have these 3.
