As the weather has warmed back up a bit for this week we are back to our regularly scheduled walks.

It's a common belief that dogs and cats are more resistant than people to cold weather because of their fur, but it's untrue. Like people, cats and dogs are susceptible to frostbite and hypothermia and generally should be kept inside during these very cold days.

With the cold temperatures this week dog walks will be canceled. The pads of a dog's paws can be sensitive to cold, salt, and ice-melting chemicals. The possibility of frost bite also drastically increases with temperatures below 20° F

When the temperature is 10°F or lower we take extreme caution when caring for your pets along with our staff and will only be providing drop in visits for these days. Stay safe and warm!

We have made a lot of changes this year and appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation with us.

We are sad to announce the closing of our Daycare and Boarding services, but still offer all in your home services.
