My name is Tori and I am a long time friend of Bev's. She has been having some health issues lately but she is on the mend. I am stepping in to help these Artemea kittens find their forever home. So without further ado, please welcome 6 beautiful kittens. They are sired by Artemea Neptune's Trident and their wonderful mother is Artemea Desdemona Shakespeare's Muse. These kittens are approaching 16 weeks so they are more than ready for their new homes. First we have Sweetie. Like her name, she is a very sweet cat who loves to play and be petted. She often jumps on my lap for attention, plays with my hand, jumps down and then does it all over again on repeat. We then have Skyler who's so lovable and inquisitive. She is always watching to see what you are doing. Then we have Sapphire or "Saphie" who's purr can be heard from miles away. Next is Lulu who is an independent love bug that loves to give kisses and has to "inspect" everything you are doing. We then have Gracie who loves to be loved. Lastly we have Delilah. She is always watching to see everything that is going on. "She is our observer"

Many people have asked why I am not putting pix of my beautiful Maine C***s up on this page now. I am sorry to say it is because of the scammers who have: 1/ Stolen pix of my kittens and claimed them as their own; 2/Immediately put their own websites about cats on responses that you, my wonderful friends have had to the pix, as if I endorsed these people and their websites. I DO NOT!! Maine C***s are wonderful, magical creatures which is why I love them and have raised them for 28 years now. Artemea Neptune's Trident Wins BIG at NH Cat Show!

A few months ago he was one of four male kittens with a particular 'tuxedo' pattern -- three of them black & white. I had started breeding Maine C***s in 1994 and my first litter had a beautiful black & white boy who became my first show cat. (Anyone remember Artemea Endymion the Midnight Rider?)

Now I was choosing another black & white many, many years later... Only, really, Neptune chose ME, and who was I to argue? Well, Artemea fans & followers, this boy did us proud. He recently attended the first CFF show since the pandemic held in Rollinsford, NH. TWO days, 10 rings, and all those different judges. Well, our guy made the Top Ten final of EVERY judge!! And of those Top Ten finals, FIVE wins were for Best Cat in Show, one 2nd Best, two 4ths, and one 6th.

At the end of the show they announced the OVERALL Winner, who would take home the BEST CAT IN SHOW TROPHY. And his name...Artemea Neptune's Trident. Believe me, he is getting lots of kisses and kitty treats!

Artemea Kittens Have Arrived and Are Looking for Their Pet Parents!
Born on July 9th to first-time mother Artemea Desdemona Shakespeare's Muse, this active litter of 3 includes one Red Classic Tabby w/white Boy, one Dark Brown Tabby with White Girl and one Tortie and White Girl. I had to take a 'Voyage to the Stars' to come up with their call names.

First up is B'Ellana, the most intrepid explorer of the group. Then we have Chakotay, the scientific engineer who calculates his moves before he makes them.
Finally we have Jadzia, who, much like the character she is named for, approaches every situation with daring combined with astute knowledge of all possibilities before she acts. While different, each baby is full of affection and playfulness as they have been handled from Day One. Since I DO NOT keep Waiting lists, ALL are available for reservations starting 8/26. What happened with the January litter? Yes, there indeed was a January litter -- born on January 28, 2021. Sire was the gorgeous Black & White boy, SGC and RW Le Beau Minu Domino and Dam of the litter was our lovely Blue Patched Tabby & White girl, Artemea Avonlea Anne. Annie is the daughter of our GC Honeycoon Sir Braeburn. The litter includes 4 boys, 3 of which are Black & White just like Dad, one Brown Classic Tabby & White boy and a Brown Patched Tabby and White girl. As you can see from the first picture, the boys were eagerly awaiting their Monday morning meeting...

The Artemea Maine C**n kittens turned 5 weeks old on Christmas Day. So the happy kittens put on their best smiles for their photoshoot, wishing everyone a kinder and gentler 2021. Artemea Kittens Have Arrived!
During this difficult time for all of us, I feel we should reflect and be thankful for the loved ones around us, the beauty of a new day starting -- and here at Artemea, the sound of gentle kitten purrs.

A few days before Thanksgiving, on November 20th, our lovely Red Classic Tabby girl, Artemea Lady Summer Solstice, presented us with her very 1st litter of SIX Maine C**n Kittens! Three of the six are Red Classic Tabby Males, the color of their proud Mama. The other three are Brown Classic Tabby Females, their color reminiscent of their Grandmother Champion Honeycoon Lady Tormaline. All kittens are happy and healthy and lined up at the milk bar! The Artemea Kittens Reached 12 Weeks of Age This Week and Traveled to Their Furr-ever Homes! Here they are pictured at almost 9 weeks old -- a wonderful stage -- when every sound, every movement, every encounter promises a new adventure...

The Artemea Kittens are Three Weeks Old!

Now that all eyes are open and their personalities are beginning to emerge, young Tybalt, would like to announce that he, along with one of his sisters, is looking for furr-ever homes with new pet parents.. In the weeks ahead, big, floppy Maine C**n ears will rise to the top of their heads, bodies will lengthen, and loving, curious, playful Maine C**n purr-sonalities will take center stage. NEW KITTENS! With a SHOUT OUT to Ginger Nation!!! It is with pride that GC Honeycoon Sir Braeburn & CH Honeycoon Lady Tormaline of Artemea announce their latest litter -- FIVE beautiful & healthy babies born on Tuesday, 7/21/2020. Amazingly, ALL five kittens are Red Classic Tabbies. There are Two Males and Three Females, and one of each gender has white trim. Four of the Five kittens are already reserved-- so at this time one kitten, probably a girl, is still looking for her furr-ever home. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the 12/11/2018 Maine C**n babies of GC Honeycoon Sir Braeburn and CH Honeycoon Lady Tormaline! They are 1 year old today and not so small anymore. For example, one of the kittens from a year ago wishes his brothers and sisters would send some recent pictures so he can see what THEY look like! This photogenic, solid black Maine C**n now calls Alaska home! Here is Artemea Sir Zeus Obsidian -- with his lightning bolt (his one pure white whisker). Just one of the friendly, family-oriented Artemea Maine C***s who have happy forever homes.
