**Attention**
Please intial so I know you saw this.

Our drain pipes are frozen. We were able to keep our water going and heat. However, bathing is on hold for now. Hopefully we start to thaw by tomorrow. I don't know how long it will take or what damage has been done.

I am so sorry to everyone who I have had to reschedule and most of you a few times during this freeze.

As a small business this is detrimental to us. We do not want to be out of work like this. We appreciate every one of y'all who support us and give us courage to get through this.
