I’m super excited to be attending the 4th annual Christmas Market at The Guild of Health and Wellness next week 11/20 from 5-8pm. Trish with The Guild is such an awesome person with a wonderful view on what wellness is and could be for everyone! Stop by and check out all of the local artisans and vendors who will be in attendance for the night! It’ll be an amazing time!

Stopped in at Infinity Coffee & Beyond- Cafe B on my way home today for some lunch. I had the Banh Mi sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! I was told the Strawberry Basil Green Tea was a customer favorite and I can see why.
So, so, so good! Hands down the best iced tea I’ve ever tried!

If you’re ever in the area this place is a must try! The flavors coming out of the kitchen are amazing. Hats off to Val and the team! You’re doing an excellent job! 100% will be back to try more!

There’s a new store opening on Capitol Dr in Brookfield that’ll be full of everyone’s favorite locally grown and produced items from the area. Come check it out for opening weekend! Anyone who makes a purchase will be entered in a raffle for tons of cool prizes!

We’re featuring some amazing local cheeses from Uplands Cheese Hoard's Dairyman and Hook's Cheese and some wonderful wines from France Italy and Portugal. We've done it before, and we are doing it again! This weekends special is our Radish Microgreen & Feta Avocado Toast with Balsamic.

Pictured here, you can also add an egg for a little extra fun.

Sunflower Microgreens! These are absolutely one of my favorite micros to eat. Put em' on a sandwich, put em' in a salad, put em' in a smoothie, or right on top of a bowl of your favorite soup. It really doesn't matter, because they are awesome!

Sunflower micros have a sweet green flavor and an amazing crunchy texture. Plus! They are packed with nutrients, including vitamins: A, B complex, E, K, and minerals: calcium, iron, potassium, selenium, zinc, magnesium, and phosphorus. They are also a complete plant protein, containing all the essential building blocks to help grow muscle!

Cantaloupe shoots have a fresh cantaloupe aroma and a crisp, clean, melon flavor! They are an excellent source of Vitamin C, Potassium and carotenoids, which have been shown to help with eye, skin and brain function.

If you haven't seen Archives Bar and Grill handheld of the month yet, here it is! Marinated chicken breast, with a colorful mix of our microgreens and a house made green goddess sauce to top it all off!

This sandwich looks amazing! I can't wait to be back in Burlington so I can try it for myself. I might just have to make a special trip this weekend to check it out.
