Sunflower Microgreens! These are absolutely one of my favorite micros to eat. Put em' on a sandwich, put em' in a salad, put em' in a smoothie, or right on top of a bowl of your favorite soup. It really doesn't matter, because they are awesome!
Sunflower micros have a sweet green flavor and an amazing crunchy texture. Plus! They are packed with nutrients, including vitamins: A, B complex, E, K, and minerals: calcium, iron, potassium, selenium, zinc, magnesium, and phosphorus. They are also a complete plant protein, containing all the essential building blocks to help grow muscle!
