Took some time for something a little different; Made myself a new wedding ring to match my tattoo.
Carved out of mystery hardwood and the details are burnt in. Finished with boiled linseed oil and a topcoat of wax.
The bottom is split just in case I'm clumsy and get it caught so it won't take my finger with it.

From left to right the first 2 leaves i made in the same day a few weeks ago the last two i made today still need to work out the shaping but all in all pretty good

Prototype shepherds hook.
The main piece is square stock with a twist on the upright. The scrolls are made from round stock.
Still needs finishing, but I think the customer will really like it :-D
