Happy Tuesday!

Since moving to the new location, we've been navigating a lot of new changes. We also have been dealing with a lot of new clients. We appreciate everyone having patience with us and supporting our business!

However, due to a few situations that have occurred- we now have to implement some new policies to our business and the services we offer:

- No shows and cancelations/rescheduling appointments less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $25 fee. I understand that emergencies happen and will use my best discretion in determining when the fee will incur. This fee does NOT apply to nail trim appointments.

- Due to our new shop being smaller, we can no longer hold dogs in our care for long periods of time. At drop off, you'll be told what time your dog will be ready for pickup. We will allow a half hour past said time before a daycare fee will apply. A $25 daycare fee will be charged every half hour past pickup time. I can work with some circumstances as long as it's brought to my attention prior to your appointment.

Jack and his sister Lady come in monthly for a spa day and major deshed services. Yesterday was their first time in the new salon, and I guess they wanted to throw a party! There was lots of fur confetti everywhere🎊🤣
