🧨🇺🇸🧨Happy 4th of July!🧨🇺🇸🧨
Hope everyone has a safe and fun 4th of July. Please remember to keep pets inside if the fireworks frightening them. Leave music on in a room for them and if they take medication for anxiety about fireworks be sure to do it BEFORE the fireworks start. If they are already panicked they may not take affect as well. Also when going out to potty please go with them and even leash them so if they get startled they don't run off. We love all our fur friends and want to make sure they are safe at home.

We have an ANNOUNCEMENT! Sarah gave birth to Paisley May Howard this morning. After a couple different postponements of induction they went last night finally and Miss Paisley was delivered at 5:54 am. Congratulations Sarah and Chase!
Sarah will be off work for several weeks while she adjusts to being a mom of 2 now but does plan to come back to the grooming shop. While she is gone please bare with me while I work to keep up with each day of appointments with no bather or dryer. Times could run a but longer but I will do my best to keep on time.

Wishing Everyone a Fun and Safe 4th of July!
Be sure to make sure all Fur Family members are secured inside. If medications are needed for them be sure to do that BEFORE the big booms start. Maybe play music a bit louder in doors to drown out the noise for them. This can help with the fireworks as well as storms.

Good morning Everyone!!! Just a quick reminder the 4th of July is right around the corner but here is Waverly it starts a little earlier. If you know your fur friend is scared of the pops and bangs please start getting prepared. We will be closing July 1st through the 5th because unsettled pets are more difficult to groom. We will reopen on July 6th to give them a day to settle after the fireworks are done.

Dawn's Grooming VanArsdale has decided come full time at Melanie Howard Grooming LLC starting in July! We are so excited to have her here everyday and not just Wednesdays and Saturdays.
While know that her Superior Vet clients will miss her there we want to extend a warm welcome to them out here also.
With Dawn being here full time it will hopefully help getting all of the amazing people in that have made Melanie Howard Grooming LLC such wonderful success!!

Good Evening Everyone! I wanted to let you know that Saturday is considered Small Business Saturday and if your wanting to get a gift for your fur friend or someone else's fur friend we will be open tomorrow from 9am to 1pm. We have toys, treats, shampoos, conditioners, brushes and combs available for nice little gifts. We also have gift cards available that you can get to be used for grooming or merchandise, just tell us how much you want to put on it. Come see us and we can put a complete basket together for you!

I want to give Thanks to all who have helped get Melanie Howard Grooming up and going this year. Opening the grooming shop in Waverly has been an amazing and awesome time. We are super Thankful for all the new fur friends we have met and thrilled for the fur friends who stuck by us and still come to us for grooming even though we moved. Tomorrow is the BIG DAY! My new shop will finally be open for business!! Many thanks to all who have put blood, sweat and tears in to help me get this ready to open. Special thanks to John and his great group of guys who worked very hard to get a wall built, doors put in, tubs hooked up and so much more! Also, thank you to Kirsten and her 2 friends for making the back potty area look amazing for my fur friends. I am nervous and excited all at once! Probably won't sleep much tonight. We still have decor and things to get up and it will happen over time but we are ready to roll for grooming!
