Good morning!
Our pets will get themselves into trouble even while out having fun. Dr Bixby pulled this blade of plant material out of a hunting dog’s nose! While running through the weeds and working his sniffer, this jammed up in there. It’s all better now!

Our friends at Waverly Veterinary Clinic recently held a dog food drive in partnership with . They raised 160lbs of food, matched by Hills Pet Food for a 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝟑𝟐𝟎𝐥𝐛𝐬 of food donated for our Service Dogs in Training!! Incredible!! 👏👏 A BIG THANK YOU to Waverly Vet Clinic for coordinating this fundraiser and to EVERYONE who donated. 🤗

Don’t forget, we are doing $50 off of all dental procedures for the month of January and February! We are getting a head start on dental health month in February so everyone has an opportunity for this since spots are limited! Dr Moeller and Dr Bixby are all ready in their tooth fairy wings to give your pet that sparkling, clean mouth! Dr Moeller fought us a little bit BUT since he’s still recovering from 4 broken ribs, he couldn’t fight too hard!!😉

Bear and Sugar were in for their next puppy boosters. Labs are just so happy! We are so happy to be a part of their lives. Olivia got some puppy therapy today.

Always check between pads if your pet is limping just to be sure there isn’t something like this stuck in the skin. Some plant material like grass awns can continue through the skin and migrate through the body and cause a lot of trouble. Thank goodness this owner noticed and Dr Moeller was able to extract it. Who would think that something so small could cause so much trouble?!!

We just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for another fantastic year. We feel privileged to have all of you as clients. We know that trusting your pets with us is a big deal and we never take that for granted. Thank you for supporting us. We do this because this is what we love. We are very blessed to care for your pets. Have a very happy New Year and Moo (Rachel’s cat) says don’t party too hard AND there is always room for cake!🍰 🎉

Good morning everyone. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas out there! Be careful driving and allow yourself a few extra minutes to make your appointment so you aren’t in a rush with the snowfall and construction.
We have a little news. Dr Moeller has returned from a few days off from an injury. He is currently in the office trying to work with FOUR broken ribs! What a trooper!
There are a few things we ask of you to help out while he continues healing:
*Appointments may take longer than usual So please be patient with the doctor and staff.
*If you are physically able, please help the technician lift your pet onto the treatment table as bending is very difficult for him at this time. Likewise, if the pet is large and requires floor treatment, help restrain your pet the best you can to minimize any further discomfort while he is healing.
*If it is a simple vaccine appointment etc, we may ask that you wait in the lobby as we take your pet to the treatment area for their procedures so that Dr Andy doesn’t over do it traveling from room to room. Any movement right now is very painful.

Thank you so very much for understanding as we navigate through this. We want to take care of him so he has an opportunity to heal properly and quickly since we all need him!
