I’m Cheryl and I’m based in Lansing MI, where I live with my family, which includes Grizwold, a big lug of a german shepherd, and Gracie, a sweet pitty girl whom have both have stolen my heart. While I wasn’t born with a camera in my hands, I sure was born to love dogs!!! They are faithful, loyal and so loving. I got started in photography well over a decade ago when I was involved in dog rescue.

I’d chase my foster dogs all over the place on hands and knees trying to snap that perfect picture so they could find a forever home. My love for dog photography is as strong as ever and if I could do it 24 hours a day I would. I am thankful, and beyond grateful that through this learning and growth, I have gained clients that have also become friends. Phoenix is the sweetest girl and is looking for a new home. She is a little over a year old and is the "total package". She knows several commands, is spayed and updated on all her medical. I was honored to be able to capture some images of Buddy for his "Forget Me Not" session. He was recently diagnosed with an aggressive cancer at just 7 years old. This sweet boy has brought so much joy and comfort to our community through Buddy's PALS an incredible organization in Lansing. Thank you for your service Buddy!

Sweet Barley who was recently diagnosed with cancer had his "Forget Me Not" session today. He was the perfect gentleman the entire time. Our location was crowded with tons of prom folks getting their photos taken and Barley just wanted to participate!

Year End 2019

As 2019 comes to an end I would just like to thank everyone for sharing your best friends with me. I've made new friends and connected with old. It's been my pleasure to share my passion.
