We want to be transparent about something that has recently been happening online. Our business has received several negative reviews from accounts that have never been clients and have never received services from us. These appear to be part of an ongoing harassment situation after we declined service due to inappropriate behavior toward our team.
The safety of our staff, clients, and the pets in our care will always come first. Because of that, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse services when necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
We have reported the fraudulent reviews to Google and are working through the proper channels to have them removed.
To the many families who have trusted us with their pets — we cannot thank you enough. Your support means everything to our small business. If you have had a positive experience with us, we would truly appreciate your honest feedback on Google as it helps others see the real experiences our clients have had.
