Carolina Crest Alpacas & Llamas is located in Waxhaw, NC. Our Farm is owned an operated by our family, Rodney, Janet, Miranda and Meredith Little.

We are a family owned farm committed to the Breeding, Sales, Boarding, Fiber Industry, and Education of those interested in the Alpaca industry. We maintain a small herd size to ensure quality breeding and offspring. Our fiber has won numerous competitions, as have our alpaca. We also breed miniature Llamas and are well connected in the industry to meet all your alpaca and llama needs.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to see us at Provisions in Waxhaw today. We had a great, day, and showed off a lot of great alpaca products that are new for the upcoming holiday season. We left a variety of things on the shelves that make great gifts. Socks, scarves, gloves, drier balls etc... make great gifts. Come on by Privisionsa and see what we stocked in our display. This is a picture of Andrea Nissen a wonderful fiber artist, and friend from Fayetteville NC, who came out to the farm today to visit with some of her new alpaca. Three of our females will be going to a new home with Andrea in MO as she starts her new farm. I get to keep them for a while longer as she gets settled in and get the farm going. A smile is a pretty common site when folks meet our alpacas and llamas.

Say hello to Carlos, one our male alpacas. We would like to say thank you to all who have visited our alpaca farm, purchased our many products, or gave them a gifts during the 2016 holiday season. We believe you weren't disappointed if you found something "alpaca" in your stocking. We have met so many wonderful people in 2016, and want to say thank you for your interest in our farm. Please remember we partner with Provisions of Waxhaw to sell our alpaca products, so please stop by for lunch, and see what's new on our shelves. Also, contact us if you would like us to speak about alpacas at any club or civic meetings. You will find that alpacas are fascinating animals.

Had a great weekend at the Carolina Alpaca Celebration. Great turnout with over 600 alpacas from across the nation. Take a look at Lonestar's Mulan Moon. She is a 9 month old rose grey, female. She took third in show, so we are excited to see her fiber develops as she gets older. Also our 7 month old Virginia Dare took second in class, in the Multi color class. Call us and come meet our new babies.

Happy new year.
I want to personally thank everyone who purchased alpaca products, or visited our farm in 2014. It was our best year yet and that is thanks to all our friends who have embraced the alpaca products we produce and sell. Thanks also to Provisions of Waxhaw, and Belmont for all their support in selling and promoting our products in their stores.
I pray for good health and success for you all in 2015.

Please remember, if you are looking for a truly unique Christmas gift form someone special, check out all the alpaca scarves, hats, gloves, hand felted soaps, socks and lots of other alpaca related items at Provisions in Waxhaw. I just stocked over 20 alpaca scarves in a variety of colors and patterns. Warmer than wool and much softer.
