McNeely Farms Equestrian Center is offering Top Of The Mark for an on-property half-lease. Mark was successfully shown in Saddleseat Pleasure, Ladies Side-saddle, Show Hack and Walk-Trot 10 and under. He is well-mannered, well trained and safe for riders of all levels in the ring or on the trails. The half lease fee includes use of the horse 3 to 4 days per week. PM to discuss details.

McNeely Farms Equestrian Center in Waxhaw, NC is offering the highly safe and lovely Ella for an in-house half-care lease. Ella is a 22 year old, 15.1 hh, gray Arabian mare with a sweet, quiet disposition. Ella has been used in beginner dressage lessons for years, while also being my twin daughter's personal riding horse. My girls have moved on to hunter/jumper riding, which is not suitable for Ella. She is a great pleasure riding horse, in the ring or on the trails. Ella is husband and little kid safe. She is perfect for someone who likes to ride in a safe environment and likes to be with other horse-crazy people at an elegant, but quiet/unassuming barn. Ella misses the girls and would like a person to love on her lots! PM me so we can talk. Half-care lease includes half her board, shoes and routine vet. Riding lessons optional.

Deanna Corby Dressage will be hosting a Ride-A-Test clinic at McNeely Farms Equestrian Center in Waxhaw, NC on Saturday, January 12th, 2019. This is a low key, fun and worthwhile opportunity to get some off-property experience for you and your horse to practice your dressage test without the stress of competing at a show. Utilize this clinic for feedback on your current training program and learn more about the judge's perspective in a laid back environment.

Similar to a schooling show, you will trailer your horse to our farm and warm up prior to your assigned ride time. At your designated time, you will enter the arena and start your dressage test of choice. After your final salute, we will spend 15 minutes going over a few key movements and concepts to enable you to get better scores and communicate with better harmony. You will then re-ride your same test, working to improve the parts we discussed.

$50 buys you a stress free schooling show type experience in our recently improved regulation size dressage arena as well as two fully judged tests to take home to study. All levels are welcome of USDF, USEF, FEI, USEA, WDAA, NWHA tests. Trailer in horses are welcome for an additional $20 to be paid to McNeely Farms Equestrian Center.

Registration is simple! Just let us know by comment or PM that you would like to participate and we will put you on the schedule. Bring a copy of your negative coggins with you the day of the show and sign a quick liability release in our office. Cash, check or PayPal accepted.

Start the New Year off with McNeely Farms Equestrian Center!

As of January 1st, 2019, we will have two spaces available for full board. Join our fun, eclectic group of passionate horse lovers in Waxhaw, North Carolina and don't miss out on a single day of riding.

McNeely Farms has an 80’ x 140’ covered riding arena and an outdoor 80' x 200' arena with all weather footing. We are a 45 acre, 20 stall barn with both 12' x 12' and 12’ x 16’ extra-large stalls. Each stall has thick rubber mats and shavings included, plus a personal fan, automatic waterer with heater, double slide windows, sliding stall doors with feed windows, blanket rack and more!
Making sure your horse is taken care of is our highest priority! We have two, on-site, full time caregivers to ensure your horse is happy and healthy.
