The Tennessee State Fair has announced the Best of Tennessee State Champion Dairy processors and products

Tennessee Dairy processors entered a total of 66 products in the dairy categories for the contest that was hosted by the University of Tennessee Center for Dairy Advancement and Sustainability.

The winners included…Mayfield Dairy for Homogenized Whole Milk, Homogenized 1% Milk, Chocolate Ice Cream, Strawberry Ice Cream, Vanilla Ice Cream, and Butter Pecan Ice Cream.

Flower’s Creamery for Non-homogenized Whole Milk, and Mild Cheddar Cheese.

The Best of Tennessee State Champions will be exhibited at the 2024 Tennessee State Fair in August.

Here’s a big Happy Birthday to Gayle’s mom Barbara! She just recently moved here to the farm and we get to keep her around all the time! She’s the one responsible for getting Gayle her first dairy goat and we couldn’t be more grateful. Love you Barbara! Happy Birthday!
