1. What is your Booking Policy? All house sitting requests require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Accepted forms of payment are Venmo, Check, or Cash. Your booking will be confirmed when deposit is received. Balance is due upon Kandi's Kanines, LLC arrival to your home. There is no

deposit required for dog walks.

2. What is your Cancellation Policy? Any house sitting booking cancelled 30 days prior to client departure date will receive a full refund. Any booking cancelled less than 30 days prior to client's departure forfeits client's deposit. In the event Kandi's Kanines, LLC is able to rebook that same time slot, you will receive a full refund. In the unlikely event Kandi's Kanines, LLC must cancel your booking, your full deposit will be refunded, and we will make every attempt to find a suitable replacement sitter. There is no cancellation fee for cancelled dog walks; we simply ask you give us ample notice of your change in schedule.
