Bear is on his way to being a great service dog and we are thrilled to be helping with the process! For a lazy Sunday morning we played some brain games!

Brain games are important for dogs because they provide mental stimulation, which helps keep their minds sharp, reduce boredom, alleviate stress, and strengthen the bond between you and your dog by engaging them in challenging activities that require problem-solving and focus, similar to how humans benefit from mental exercises; this is especially important for dogs of all ages, from puppies learning new skills to senior dogs maintaining cognitive abilities

Say hello to Tank! Tank is a cutie and loves learning. Today we went on an outing, working on socialization and obedience. He is definitely a hit with everyone who meets him ❤️

We have all heard that crating a dog while traveling in a car is crucial for their safety. Here are some things to consider before you head out with your furry friend this holiday season. 🎄
Safety in accidents:
In a sudden stop or crash, an unrestrained dog can be thrown around the car with significant force, potentially causing serious injuries to themselves and other passengers; a crate helps contain them and minimize impact.
Distraction prevention:
A loose dog can be a major distraction to the driver, potentially causing them to take their eyes off the road by trying to climb onto their lap or reaching for things.
Escape prevention:
Crating prevents dogs from jumping out of the car window or door if they become startled or curious while the car is moving.
