****Friday January 10th Morning closure****

Due to the temps dropping back down to below freezing tonight we have decided to remain closed at least through tomorrow morning. We will re-assess the road conditions to hopefully be able to open for the afternoon! We will keep everyone updated as soon as we know.

Due to worsening weather conditions and ensuring the safe travels of our staff and doctors we did end up having to close the clinic early today. Good Evening!! We again just wanted to remind everyone that we will be Closed tomorrow Tuesday, December 31st and Wednesday, January 1st for New Year's. We will reopen to normal business hours Thursday, January 2nd.

Good Afternoon!! We just wanted to take a minute to make sure everyone is aware of our upcoming Holiday Closures:

Christmas: We will be closed on Tuesday, December 24, Christmas Eve, and Wednesday, December 25, Christmas Day. We will resume normal business hours on Thursday, December 26.

New Year: We will be closed on Tuesday, December 31, New Year's Eve, and Wednesday, January 1, New Year's Day. We will resume normal business hours on Thursday, January 2.

Hey everyone, I am sorry to say that our Spectrum internet service is out again today. We can answer some phone calls and are trying to help as many people as possible but it is slowing us down significantly.
If you are unable to get through to us we can also receive text messages to 817-599-9971 and will get back to you ASAP. According to Spectrum, we are tentatively supposed to be back up and running by 2:40ish this afternoon. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Good morning everyone! We just wanted to let y'all know that we are currently experiencing an internet outage and unfortunately, our computer systems and phone lines work off of this. We are able to answer phone calls and texts but are moving much slower than normal due to limited system access. This also means our exam times are taking a little longer than normal. We do appreciate your patience as we navigate through this and try to help as many of our wonderful clients as possible.

I will update everyone as soon as we are up and running normally.

This year we are having an employee pumpkin carving contest and we want you to be the judge . One of our own is getting Married tomorrow! In order to celebrate her day with her we won't be seeing Exam Appointments past 1:30pm tomorrow. We will still have a few staff members in the clinic to help answer questions, schedule appointments, assist in medication refills, and complete technician services (such as nail trims and a**l gland expressions). We appreciate your understanding and will be back to business as usual Friday 7/12/24!
