A huge part of our rehab success is using our G4orse~Magnetx.

All the products are designed and fabricated using 2500 Gauss BiPolar magnets. These magnets cause the blood vessels to dilate while kicking the ion into gear. In other words, they increase blood flow and increase oxygen to the cells. They also break down calcification and scar tissue while flushing away the foreign debris.
Constructed in a durable poly-coated, mesh fabric that allows ample air flow for long-lasting therapeutic healing and protection.

Ruben was found 3 legged lame in the pasture after he sustained a small laceration/ puncture wound to the back side of his pastern in early August that lead to a septic tendon sheath. (First picture)

After countless vet trips and treatments the outcome was questionable. Unfortunately a tear to Deep digital Flexor and Suspensory was later found. The best option was humane euthanasia for the severity all injuries.
August 9th the hole was dug and the plan was for Ruben to live his last few days turned out with friends before the difficult decision was made. In the meantime his lameness didn’t decline so the option was a second opinion with Dr. Chris Ray at 113 Equine.
Dr. Ray recommended a strict rehab program for Ruben at FF Equine. From September 25th to November 28th we are happy to say Ruben has passed all his re-checks and going home 100% sound!

Thank you to Ruben’s owners for trusting in our rehab program as well as all the vets the played a huge part in the treatment.

✨Acuscope and Myopulse✨

Acuscope and Myopulse is a service that we offer here at FF Equine Therapy, and we have experienced significant results!

Our two most frequently asked questions from owners while their horses are being treated are, "So what exactly does this machine do?" and "How does it compare to PEMF or Magnawave?"

The Electro-Acuscope machine is a Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation machine that stimulates and reads the nervous system without puncturing the skin. It can be used to treat things such as muscle spasms, arthritis, sprains, soft tissue injuries, and more. The low voltage micro-currents encourage the repair of damaged tissues and promotes cell regeneration.

The Myopulse machine works along with the Acuscope to gently stimulate muscles, tendons, and ligaments to reduce inflammation, spasms, and strenghten tissue.

PEMF is an electromagnetic therapy that sends magnetic energy into the body. This works with the body's natural magnetic field to promote healing.

Acuscope/Myopulse differ from PEMF in that the Acuscope/Myopulse offer bio-feedback, allowing the operator to monitor the electric charge throughout the treatment.
