In 2010, the World Equestrian Games (WEG) were held at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky, and horsewoman and Western dressage advocate Lynn Palm was invited to provide a Western dressage demonstration, here at a working jog on Rugged Painted Lark.

“That’s how long I’ve been promoting it…and I started 13 years before that!” Lynn says in her book, FINDING YOUR SUPERHORSE. “Rugged Painted Lark was the first horse in a Western saddle in an FEI dressage and jumping arena, introducing Western dressage in the United States.”

Vaulting Horse Camp for the summer is a wrap! The Mid Summer Virtual Fest was a success and videos completed. It was Hot but kids pushed through and we all got it done! I feel confident to say that at some point Katherine and I were boiling on the inside. Thanks to Dorothy, Katherine and Nicole for working with kids and making this possible. Stayed tune as we gear up for Fall events and Fundraisers!

Vaulting Camp has been going well all week! Kids are focused in today on tuning up routines for Saturday's Mid-Summer Virtual Vaulting Fest. Parents for those that have kids participating in Fest, few reminders... starts 10am, filming routines and should take 2-3 hrs. They will start on horse and then move to barrell. Thanks to Dorothy, Katherine and Nicole for working hard all week so these kids can have this opportunity.

Horse Vaulting Camp is around the corner July 25-29, 2023. This is the last camp of the Summer.
Hidden Lakes First Mid-Summer Virtual Vaulting Fest will be incorporated into camp with filming on Saturday 29th. Please let Dorothy know if you will be participating in the Virtual Vaulting Fest. This is a fantastic opportunity to preform your routine and attain feedback from a recognized Vaulting Judge.

It's a Hot Wednesday but those that breathe and live the barn... heat does not stop us from riding, and taking care of the horses! Hannah and Holleywood are going to get some good bonding time in while we focus on Holleywood!

Hidden Lake Stables had there First Schooling Show for boarders/students and it was a success! All proceeds went back into the Hidden Lake Vaulting Club which was over $900! Thank you to everyone that made this day possible! Congratulations to high Point Winners Tabitha and Lilly!

1 female, 2 males left. Dob 11/27/22. Anatolian mix. Father is full Anatolian, weighs 120 lbs. Mother is 1/2 Anatolian, 1/2 Mastiff, weighs 135 lbs. Both parents are on the property.
