We’re growing our team at Morgan Cromer Cutting Horses— we are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and positive individual to join our team as a Barn Manager. This position involves a variety of responsibilities to help ensure the smooth operation of our ranch and program.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
- Communicate with the bookkeeper on billing matters
- Schedule and coordinate vet appointments, and transport horses to/from appointments
- Schedule shoeing appointments
- Maintain daily operations at the ranch
- Communicate with veterinarians and home crew regarding horse rehabilitation
- Keep detailed records for each horse: vet work, shoeing, vaccines, dental care, etc.
- Track inventory of vet supplies, medication, general supplies, tack, etc.
- Order supplies online when necessary
- Run errands for supplies and assist with various ranch needs
- Assist in the hiring process for full-time and show help
- Plan and coordinate work schedules
- Assist with in-house social media content creation

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
- Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience with horses is a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer
- Availability for part or full-time work

“The Million Dollar Mink”

We would like to congratulate Vick & Missy Jean Etheridge on the purchase of 𝗝𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗞 (Metallic Rey Mink x Jordie Get Your Gun). We can’t wait to watch this filly in the show pen next year!

We would also like to congratulate Shane Carlon, Troy Applegate, Dillon Crumpler, and their whole team. Shane and his team trained one exceptional filly. We know Mr.Burt is proud.
