Merry Chrismas from Maine!! After years, I finally get to enjoy another white Chrismas!! Hope you all enjoy the time with family and loved ones. I know it will be a challenge for many but we have persevered thru so much already! You are loved and strong, we have this!!

The spa will reopen after the holiday break on Jan 3rd.
The next nail clinic is Jan 19th.

In October I raised my prices by $10 per pet. This had been planned for a little while. In light of the hurricane and her horrendous destruction I am donating that additional money each week to go directly to help people.

This weeks donations 10/12-10/19 went to Black Mountain area. The amount of $340 was dispersed by a good friend of mine where she felt fit- between a woman who lost everything, She had been working on over the last few months on her land, a man who has housed 10 different rescues for a couple weeks, A man who is creating a festival for people to come and connect who is out of work and has issues at his house, A woman who lost her entire house....and as a sponsorship for a woman's healing retreat.

Each week thru at least the end of November, the additional money raised will be donated directly to people that need help.

Please continue to take care of each other. This is so hard to handle in so many ways.

This storm was insane and devastating to the community and wnc as a whole. My heart breaks for everyone. Please stay home and safe. The spa will be closed until further notice once electricity, water and internet is fully back. The building and property is not damaged luckily.

Please share if you're in Western North Carolina! Katie's family (my former assistant) is needing to find a great home for these two sweet kitties!

The black cat is a male. He is a little shy but once he is won over, is very very sweet. Age is somewhere 3 years, but not completely sure. Hasn’t had much interaction with other cats but may be open to friends!

The grey cat is an older female. Sociable and sweet! Age range possibly around 8-10. She did coexist with another cat, so friends shouldn’t be an issue after warming up to them!
