Hello everyone! I just want to post this before it becomes an issue. We’ve posted on here that we will be increasing prices starting 11/1/24 of an additional $5/pet. We understand that we may not be in everyone’s budget but also please remember that we are technically charging less than most places and we also need to survive just as you do. The cost of supplies, insurance, utilities, as well as just the cost of living for everything continues to go up and we will have to continue to raise prices with it. We understand if you choose to go elsewhere that is absolutely your choice and we will not hold it against you but please do not take it out on us. We are just trying to survive just like you all are. Thank you for your understanding!

PSA: with the rising cost of everything we will have to raise all bath and haircut prices by $5. New pricing will be effective 11/1/24. We usually raise our prices this time of year and this year we have to continue that. We appreciate your understanding and all of you for supporting us over the years!

Alright everyone! Starting now because we’ve had a lot of issues with new clients just not showing for their appointments which greatly affects us because we are by appointment only and typically don’t have a waitlist because our current customers are on recurring appointments and we’re not accepting majority of clients for haircuts because we have limited space, we are going to start taking nonrefundable and nontransferable deposits for first appointments by new customers.

I hate that it’s come to this but we have to protect our business. We are a small business and our income solely relies on our customers showing up for their appointments. We appreciate our customers and will bend over backwards for you when we are able to. If you cannot make your appointment or just decide you want to go elsewhere that is your business and we ask that you have the courtesy to let us know so that we can open that spot and schedule someone who actually wants that appointment.

Hello followers, just wanted to let everyone know that there may be a time in the near future that we may have to cancel appointments last minute as my grandfather is in the hospital and is really ill. He has kidney failure and possible pneumonia and isn’t looking to good. I may need to fly out there at any moment. Unfortunately, with the holidays coming up we may not be able to reschedule those that we may have to cancel before your next appointment. I apologize in advance, this isn’t the norm for us but life doesn’t plan around us. I appreciate you all so much and am so sorry if we end up disrupting anyone’s schedule, please be patient with us as we are human just like you and there is only one of me. We appreciate your understanding in these dark times.

PSA: with it getting close to the holidays, we just want to let everyone know that appointments are extremely limited. We only have maybe a handful of open appointments available before Christmas so if you don’t have an appointment and are wanting one it’s best to contact me now. The slots I have available can only accommodate smaller dogs unfortunately.

Update: we have rehomed Buddy over the weekend to a wonderful home! They live on 9 acres and have a pack of 9, mostly senior, dogs. From the pictures they’ve sent me he looks right at home and is so happy just like he deserves to be.

I have started a Go Fund Me to help a dog we’re fostering at the moment go to the vet. He was found in our neighborhood and we can’t find the owners and he needs to be vaccinated so he’s not kept in isolation and he’s got an old neck wound that needs to be seen by a vet too. If you can spare anything to help we’d appreciate it. We have no intention on keeping him but I think he may be here a while.

My husband and I have found this dog in our neighborhood here in Webb City. I had tried making a couple posts to see if we can find the owner, but it does not seem that the owner wants to come forward. He also is not micro chipped. We are needing to rehome him as we cannot keep him he seems to be a very sweet and loving dog, he is very potty trained but does need to be taken out often as he might possibly be older but we’re not 100% sure. He does have what looks to be an old neck wound that has healed up, but he still needs to probably be seen by vet just to be safe because he does cough a lot and I wonder if it’s affected his trachea. He also seems to have some arthritis in his back legs but again we’re not 100% sure as we cannot afford to keep him nor take him to the vet. We would like to rehome him with somebody that would love to have him and take care of him. We’re not asking for any money and we will give you whatever food we have to take with you as well.
