K9 Corner STL passed! The variance was approved to allow a private dog park to be ran on this undevelopable residential lot. Huge shout out to all the support from the City of Webster Groves and the residences.

What’s next? Of course there are more decisions that have to be made. An ordinance will be discussed at the next meeting regarding rules I have to follow as a business owner. Such as hours of operation, how many dogs can be brought at one time, types of signs/advertising, etc. And then I have to apply for a business license.

HELP SAVE K9 Corner STL. Officiall received a “Webster Groves Public Notice” sign. Please help support/save the only unofficial dog park in WG. This property is located at 354 Atalanta Ave at the intersection of Atalanta and Glen. It’s a triangle shaped empty residential lot; roughly 45’W at the front, 11’W at the back and 150’L along the neighbors property.

I am simply asking for a variance to use this land as a private off-leash dog run. We have 200+ 5⭐️ ratings from guests (5 out of 5) and 130 guests in the last 365 days. Plus almost 50k page views in the last 365 days.
