Good morning everyone! September 2024 has come and gone with the new pricing for my regulars to match my new customers so we're all on the same pricing. I decided to postpone to this month, October, due to some unforseen difficulties. I had thrown out my back for 2 weeks and rescheduled many and appreciate your patience with me getting in! I also had to close for a day for a funeral. September just didn't seem to be a good month for the transition like I planned before with new pricing.

Also new, in order to book appointments please send me a text message or a message on here. The cell service for multiple carriers in my area is not good. I've been getting half or part messages while in the area grooming all day. Sometimes I'll get a voice-mail but no one showed up as called on my phone. I do apologize for not getting back to some because of this and the limited contact. Please send me a text message or a Facebook message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can! I do have more availabilities within a month. So please feel free to contact me between 9am-8pm latest with messages.

I'd also like to introduce and welcome someone to you! Her name is Yancha! She has been apart of our family for 13 years. She is a Wire Haired Jack Russell. If you hear barking from my car or in the shop, that'd be her voicing her opinions. Lol 😆 I have inherited/adopted her and we both are adjusting to one another. 🤗🐾❤ She is very sweet and too smart for her own good but I've fallen in love with her! She is now a shop pup and will be with me everyday. I do keep her separate from my customers in the shop but she sleeps most the day while I work anyways. Lol 😆

*Price Increase in September*

Due to many variables I've had to restructure my price sheet to match local pricing for new clients. All current customers will be grandfathered in at a lower price for 1 year to help with the new price adjustment.
As an example new small haircuts like Yorkie's and Shihtzu will be starting at $65.

Al's Perfect Cut will no longer be doing the Multi-Pet Discount.
Discounts still available are first time visits, referrals, pre-booking and puppy packages under 6 months.

Customers who I haven't seen in 8 months or more will be quoted as new customers.

Late Fee of $10 and 24 Hour Cancelation/No Show Fee of $25 are still in effect from 2023. After 15 minutes of appointment time you will get a late fee. If a no show or cancelation with 24 hours of appointment there will be a $25 fee. This is important for my business to still recover a small portion of my daily revenue since I may not be able to fill your appointment or for the work I'll have to complete in a shorter amount of time for rushed services. All Fee's must be paid before setting up next appointment!

It is also important when services are done to pick up at a decent time. There is limited kennel space. A text message is sent with a 15-30 minute heads up of when your pup will be done. If your schedule needs to pick up at a later time, please let me know and I will try to accommodate or reschedule the appointment that would best fit both of our schedules.
Please potty your pups before coming for their appointment. There is a section of grass that is a potty area. For long grooming times I do potty your puppies halfway through.
Please knock on door and wait if I don't see you. I will be right out to get your pup or bring your pup out to you! 🤗🐾

My standard hours are 9-5pm. A lot of times I work longer hours. I have a cut off time at 8pm for returning phone calls and text messages. I try to get back to everyone the same day but if I can't, I absolutely will make time to contact you the following day.

Please leave your name, phone number, dog's name and breed, if you'd like a haircut or bath in message. 🤗 When booking allow 1-2 months for your appointment from phone call date or ask for soonest availability. If you do not leave a phone number and name, I may not be able to call you back. Especially if you are a new potential client and I don't have any references to look up a name with a phone number.

Thank you for understanding and helping me give your pups the best grooming experience they deserve! 🐾❤ I love and enjoy my work and meeting all my clients! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to have your pups looking fabulous! 🤩

Al's Perfect Cut will be closed July 12th-19th!
I am taking a week vacation with the family! 😎 I am getting through all calls and messages before I leave. There will be little to no service where I'm going so I will not be able to reply till I get back to work on the 20th. I am booking into the 3rd week of August and will get you in as soon as I can! 🤗 Thank you for your patience and understanding! I'll be back soon! 😄
