As the month of February comes to an end I have some announcements to make. After 11 plus years at PT our head groomer Nicole, will be pursuing a new career at the Maternity/ L&d floor at UMass and Kelsey will be following her heart and moving to Florida in 2 weeks. A lot of tears have been shed over the past couple of months but I want to wish both of them the very best as they venture into the next chapter of their lives. I'm not going to lie, it's going to be pretty strange not having them around 💙 They will always be a part of the PT family no matter where they are. With that said, it is my pleasure to announce that Liz will be taking over the manager position after Kelsey's departure. I am confident that she will do the title justice. I would like to welcome Abbey to our team. She will be working in the store and training alongside Natasha in the grooming shop.
Natasha will take over the title of head groomer. Most of you know Emily already,she will continue to deliver knowledge and service to our customers with the greatest of care. We will have tears and laughter but the most important thing is that we here at PT are a family, that includes all of you, and that, never changes.
