PLEASE SHARE!!! Great News!!!! RCAS received a Spay and Neuter Grant. That's right, we will be taking applications Tuesdays-Fridays 9AM-3PM. The Limited Income Grant is for Randolph County Only.!!! If you are living paycheck to paycheck then please come fill the application out. We have partnered with Wedowee Animal Hospital to help get the unwanted animal population down in Randolph County.
