Hey I know it’s summer time and everyone has things going on but if you schedule and appointment with me please please make sure to come. I do not have time to reschedule you in. I know it’s harsh but I have had multiple no shows in the last month and it’s really hard when I already have such a busy schedule and a family to support. I appreciate your understanding 🐶

Unfortunately I have to charge people a $30 late fee if you are not back on time to pick up your dog for grooming or boarding. My time is valuable and waiting and extra 20 plus minutes gets frustrating.

I can not stress this enough please be on time for your appointments. For any appointment hair, dentist , groomer, vet it doesn’t matter be on time. The 10 minutes we waited puts us far behind and we have a schedule. Thank you 😊
