Maverick competed in the 2024 HP Pitzer Ranch Horse Invitational on Sept 4th in Ericson, NE. It was a fun, full contact day for him. 66 All Around entries. 5 events were included for the All Around - Trail, Sorting, Heading, Heeling & Barrels.
It was the first time we had competed @ the HPI and I can tell you we will be back! This fun event is the highest paying Ranch Horse competition in the country! Over a $100,000 payout! Maverick has one more year of eligibility for this competition.

Maverick had a busy day yesterday! He had a full day competing in the HPI Ranch Horse Competition at the Pitzer Ranch. He is HPI eligible for one more year! He sells Sept 14th in Keosauqua, IA on St Clair Performance Horse Production Sale.
Clair mixed things up from ranch rodeos and ropings and had a great first show this last weekend at the Slidin Daze Summer Spectacular, winning the AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge Working Cow Horse event!

Nice quiet 3 yr old finishing up his last week of his 2 month stay doctoring a calf. This day was full of long miles and pairing out deep in the hills. Handled his job great the entire time
