Changes

Happy 2019!

With a new year we are excited to announce some changes to Canyon Ridge Farms!

We still have the chickens and will continue to sell our wonderul Farm Fresh Eggs locally as well as in select restaurants and stores. However, since we sold out the dairy in 2015 there has been something missing from the farm. Yes, we can hold and pet the chickens and we can pet and love on the cattle, but it just isn’t the same as having an animal (and a lot of little animals) that you can hold, love and interact with and form that “special” bond with.

Many years ago, Chrys and I raised Golden Retrievers. We absolutely loved it, but simply didn’t have the time and space that we felt was needed for these beautiful creatures (that was in the pre farm days), we were trying to raise our family and stayed very involved with our kids as well. The yearning to have more of these wonderful dogs has been nettling itself into our hearts and minds for some time so.......At the end of 2017 we finally made the decision to get back into raising Golden Retrievers! We have found some very nice females and a super nice male and we can’t wait for babies to love on! BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE!.......for as long as I have known Chrys (which is now a considerable number of years), he has always wanted an English Bull Dog......soooooo......Because I love HIM and because we now have the time and space, guess what we got?! Yep! We now have two English Bull Dog girls that are definitely spoiled and that are just as in love with Chrys as he is with them......... BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE! ........ Some time ago, I fell in love with the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and because Chrys loves ME........we now have a few of these wonderful creatures as well.
