Dr. Christina Braun, a Connecticut native, has been an avid rider and equine enthusiast since the age of six. Her formative years were spent riding at the New Canaan Mounted Troop where she learned all aspects of horsemanship and showed locally. Following graduation from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000, Dr. Braun worked at a mixed animal practice in southwest Florida befo

re returning to the northeast to join Fairfield Equine Associates in 2002, and later Dunbarton Equine in 2004. Dr. Braun has been certified in veterinary acupuncture since 2004 and veterinary chiropractic since 2006. She integrated both modalities into her daily practice until 2013 when she relocated to Missouri and began Rainstar Veterinary Services, LLC as a strictly holistic equine practice. Dr. Braun is thrilled to be living back in South Florida and continuing to follow her passion for the whole health and well-being of the equine athlete.
