Fall Horse shows will include;
Old Salem Farm in September
Silo Ridge and two weeks of Tryon in October

Early booking is strongly recommended for Silo Ridge as there is very limited availability!

Allow me to introduce myself!

Hi, my name is Caitlin Fitz. Hailing from Co.Clare in Ireland. I came to the states eight years ago and haven’t looked back.

After years of grooming and riding, I wanted to find a different path in the equine industry. The idea of specializing with soft tissue was introduced to me by my mentors Dr. Wendy Coren and Dr. Dave Lundquist. Once I began studying equine sports massage and bodywork, I knew this was the field I wanted to make a career out of. Upon completion of my certification at the Animal Rehab Institute and taking a year to refine my equine massage techniques; I created my business specializing Equine massage, alongside other therapeutic modalities.

Banner Equine Sports Therapy and its customer base has been expanding ever since. Helping my clients in and out of the show ring and making a difference to the quality of life for our equine athletes, gives me immense satisfaction. I continue to study, practice and learn; adding new therapeutic instruments and ideas to my growth as a practitioner.

Does Laser Work? The answer is yes! This horse had a little whoopsies while unloading and took a chunk of his heel off. Infrared and Red Light Laser were applied within 25 min of initial trauma. The excess tissue had to be removed, leaving quite a hole exposed to the elements! From days 1 - 5 it was lasered daily using our Avant Class 3B Laser and kept covered from dirt and flies. Day 6 - 8 we continued lasering and the owner stopped wrapping it due to the progression of the healing and to let it air.
