Jessica Bernhardt Hendrix of owns and operates Generations Performance Horses located in Wellington, Colorado. She has over 30 years of experience showing and training cutting and reining horses. A passion for starting 2 year old show prospects and working them into their limited aged event years is the basis of her program. Jessica's entire family is involved in the program with her husband Sam H
endrix as an equine veterinary surgeon managing the health program of horses in our care, and both children, Kaylie and Paxton, involved in daily operations. It truly is a multi-generational program as Jess's father is a full-time cutting horse trainer as well.
Sure excited about these 2 home raised Metallics MVP babies!!!!! Both smart, strong, athletic, kind, and very trainable! 3 year old futurity prospect CD Metal Man (MVP x Ariel; HBCD x Poosmal) and 2 year old filly Meow Mix (MVP x Rosie CD; HBCD x Little Rosie Rosita). CD Metal Man to be shown at the 2024 NCHA Futurity in the Non-Pro class. Stay tuned!

Well today is finally the day we've been preparing for for the past 2 years. Of course It all began just shy of 4 years ago however with the arrival of this super horse. Born on 4/20 he was aptly barn named "Marley" and quickly captured us with his laid back independence, confidence, and inquisitiveness. As we walk to the herd today for the first time in Will Rogers Coliseum on this home raised, home-trained, small-town boy we are excited to continue turning the pages to see what his future holds. Regardless of what the outcome is we are so thankful for this horse and those that have helped and supported us through the years so we could have this opportunity....

A quick get away to Wyoming Cutting Horse Association Torrington show to get the 3 year olds in some practice pens away from home and decided to throw ole reliable on for a few runs in the show pen! After several years of drought we have finally had a lengthy, wet spring and early summer so far and so thankful for it. Feeling blessed to call this place home...
2 weeks early for this guy and born in rainstorm, he arrived 2 days after the first c**t and is loving the early summer warmth and green turnouts!! One Time Royalty x Ariel.
