Outstanding upper level prospect!

Must Have was imported to California in September 2020 after being lightly started under saddle in the Netherlands. He is now starting to school some First Level movements and showing huge talent for the upper levels with his outstanding canter and natural ability for collection. "Murphy" is a barn favorite for his lofty gaits, correct conformation, and charming character.

Murphy's sire, Indian Rock, was champion of the KWPN licensing 2016 and finalist of the World Championships for young dressage horses 2018 under Emmelie Scholtens. At the age of six, Indian Rock was also nominated for the World Cup in Ermelo.

Indian Rock is sired by Apache, who was one of the most successful sires of the KWPN in the Netherlands and can look back on an almost fairytale career in breeding and sport. Also under the saddle of Emmelie Scholtens, he was appointed to the Dutch Olympic squad in 2015 and was nominated for the European Championships in Gothenburg. With his offspring, he dominated the licensing in Hertogenbosch and was one of the most sought-after sires in dressage horse breeding in Germany.

Damsire, Ferro, is a foundation sire whose influence is still felt long after his death in 2005. He was particularly valued for his exceptional temperament and outstanding use of the hindleg, with a brilliant attitude to his work that has been passed on to his offspring. He was not only a successful dressage stallion, but also scored well in the jumping sections his performance test, with comments that he showed a good technique over a fence and powerful gallop.

With his outstanding pedigree, top gaits, and sweet disposition, we are confident that Must Have will be an exciting FEI horse for the future.

Talented FEI Prospect!

This 7-year-old mare has 3 high quality gaits and shows much promise for the upper levels. Sonata is ready to show Third Level and shows great talent for collection with a confident start to working pirouettes and half-steps. She is an outstanding prospect for the Developing Prix St. Georges with her quality and rideability. She has a sweet disposition and is uncomplicated on the ground and under saddle. Sonata is easy to sit and gives the rider a lovely feeling.

Her sire, Sinatra Song, was Champion/Premium at his keuring in 2005. He also finished in the Reserve position at the 2006 Bundeschampionate, and was the highest scoring 3-year-old Hanoverian. "Sinatra" consistently produces elegant foals with impeccable movement and sound minds. His offspring has been extremely rideable.

Schooling Third Level, FEI talent!

Florian is a 7-year-old 16.1h Westfalen gelding imported from The Netherlands. He is the perfect amateur’s horse, with quality gaits and plenty of power in a small package. He has competed with an Amateur in Europe through Z1 Level (Second Level) and is preparing for Third Level with a good start to flying changes. With his ability to sit and active hind leg, in addition to a lovely character and desire to please, we are sure he has an exciting FEI future ahead of him!

Florian is sired by Feedback (Fidertanz x Sandro Hit), who started his sport career with an outstanding performance at the 2009 NRW licensing, where he was crowned reserve champion. Feedback has called a great deal of attention to his qualities as a sire and sport horse. In 2012, he sired champion and gold medal foals at foal shows in Rhineland and Westphalia. At auctions, his offspring were sought after as well. Feedback also qualified for the German Young Horse Championships and was nominated for the World Championships of the five year old dressage horses in Verden.

Damsire Rosenkavalier is considered one of the most significant Westfalen sires. He was the winner of the Stallion Performance Test at Warendorf in 1983. He sired 471 registered offspring. His most famous sons include Rubinstein I and the Grand Prix dressage horse, Rubens. His offspring have been successful in the dressage ring and the show jumping arena alike.

Claudijah is a 2015 16.1h Oldenburg mare imported from Germany. She is amateur-friendly, with three lovely gaits that are easy to sit, and a super character. She is just starting her dressage career and shows great talent, adding to her extensive experience in the hunter ring. With her outstanding rideability and willingness to please, we are sure Claudijah will excel in any discipline!

Claudijah is sired by Casiro I, a special sire for all disciplines. His offspring are successful all over the world - in jumping, dressage, hunting, and eventing. Casiro has an ideal frame for sport, superb confirmation and high quality movements: uphill canter, spirited trot and relaxed walk, qualities that he passes on to his offspring.

Damsire Quattro B was known for his versatility. He produced top show jumpers as well as dressage horses. His most famous dressage offspring was the licensed stallion Quando-Quando. Of his 15 licensed sons Quando-Quando and owner Kristy Oatley competed at the 2006 World Equestrian Games in Aachen and 2008 Olympic Games in Hong Kong. Quando-Quando is also sire of the Mecklenburg licensing winner Quiztime and grandsire of Bundeschampion Quaterback and World Champion of five-year old show jumpers, Quicksilber.

We are so proud of Harrold and are honored to have been invited to the 2020 Markel/USEF Developing Horse Dressage National Championships at the U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions 🦄🏆🇺🇸

After much consideration, we made the difficult decision to not make the trip to Chicago due to ongoing uncertainty with COVID-19. We are working hard at home and are very much looking forward to the 2021 season. We wish all competitors and their teams a safe and healthy week of success at beautiful Lamplight!
