🦨 SKUNKS 🦨

Hey yall! I’ve had a few pups who have had an unfortunate run in of the stinky kind. Here is my advice and my favorite deskunking process.

1) DO NOT PUT ANY WATER ON YOUR PUP. If you do, that smell is there for the next like… 10 months. You will smell it super strong every time they get wet.

2) my favorite combo is Dawn, vinegar and baking soda (volcano fun!!) while the mixture is volcanoing, put it on your dog. Be careful around their eyes, but I do feel better about this combo near their face than the hydrogen peroxide mixture) Let it sit til it gets kinda crispy ( maybe 15 minutes ish)

3) now rinse your pup and dry. The faster a dog dries the less stinky they are ☺️

Does this guarantee the smell will go away, no. However I have found this combo to work the best for me. Regardless of any mixture, your pup may still smell when they get wet.

Good luck and avoid the stinkies the best you can 🦨 🤭

Weird requests guys lol! Our lawn is still very new and very boring. If you have dandelions seeding (the white puffs), I would love some! I put down clover seeds, and would like some dandelions too ☺️ none have made their way over to us somehow lol. I know most people don’t like dandelions, but I like the color in the lawn and the bees 🐝 like them!
