Dr. Tyler Stahlman and I had a great time this past weekend helping Dressage & Eventers at Legacy Equestrian LLC! It’s really an honor working with riders that are so excited about putting in the hard work necessary to put their horse’s health and futures first💝 So many cheat patterns reversed, in short periods of time, that will truly change each of their paths for the better 🔥 💪🏼 🔥

13 hour days straight with my best friend by my side, nerding out till our hearts are content, is quite the gift also💖💘💝

Grateful to have had the opportunity last weekend to help Team Morgan Houberg Eventing in Stamping Ground, Kentucky💖 We were blown away with 24 year old Advanced level Rider Morgan’s deep understanding for the strength required of our equine athletes, her passion and attentiveness towards her students and their personal journeys, her nearly unheard of level of humility, her excellent eye for picking out talent horses and her ability to train all types of horses! She is one to watch, no doubt! Thank you Morgan, Tammi and Jeff for your hospitality and for sticking with us throughout the long days!! Looking forward to next time!!!

Simple muscle activations and stretches for the horse and rider under saddle can go a long way in retraining movement patterns to drastically improve performance. Work smarter, not harder🔥💪🏼🔥

Lindsey Cross- Culver is an FEI Dressage Trainer with a background in H/J’s and Eventing. She is a certified Human Movement Specialist, Core Conditioning for Horses Coach, and a Rider Biomechanics Coach. She offers Rider Biomechanics Coaching and Rider Corrective Exercise Sessions at Catlin Farm in our Arena and Rider Studio or in clinic form at your barn.
