Today is National Pit Bull Awareness Day (NBAD for short)! In honor of today, we’d like for you all to meet one of our sweetest clients, Louie 🐾! He recently had the pleasure of hospitalizing with us for a few days.

Pit bulls get a bad reputation a lot of the time, but it is best to know that it it not based in truthfulness. Did you know pit bulls are the most common shelter breed and they also make up 40% of euthanasia in shelters yearly? With that being said, almost 1 million pit bulls per year are put down, with a large factor being the falseness surrounded by them.
