**News Flash**
Black Dog Training will have a new training center located in Jackson, WI. Speciality classes will be offered at the new site. An excellent opportunity for those who prefer a smaller group experience with more individualized attention.

Larger group classes will still be offered at the Washington County Fair Park, West Bend, WI.

Chester and Baxter had a great weekend in agility at Fond du Lac Kennel Club. Chester was steady as ever in his event today and took 1st place.

Baxter scored and took 1st in 2 events and 2nd in another. The best news is that he got his 1st title. He proudly wears the medal acquired around his neck. 😍🥳

It finally happened after 1 year of training & 8 months of showing ... Baxter qualified in Novice Agility and yes he took first place too! He qualified in 2 out of 3 events yesterday. Not a perfect 100, but 95 is good enough in Novice.😍 Hope his progress continues.

Chester continues to take 1st place in his level with a perfect 100, but this is Baxter's Big Moment! 🥳

Baxter got neutered yesterday & he is not happy about being on restricted activity, for the next couple of weeks. It is going to be tough haul to keep him calm and settled. Poor baby!

Oh no... Dolly & Red broke their winning streak.

Yesterday's winning team, in the competition (Intermediate Obedience 1) was Carmen & April. They performed a superb balance act while doing a serpentine. 🥳 Congrats!

Don't have time to do a 6 week class, take a 4 week summer class instead. Summer School begins on Tuesday, June 4th.

Super job Chris & Blizzard! They won both contests in the Dog Sports class: fastest & most efficient team on the agility/rally course, plus the best trick series in the group. Check out the video of the tricks Blizzard performed for the group.

Also, congrats to all the rest of the puppy graduates & contest winners.

In the Dog Sports class each team presents their dog tricks to the group in the classroom. The best trick series in the class wins an award/prize. Video was taken after the class.

Today is Chester's 12th Birthday. We celebrated it yesterday while at an agility trial and then later in the evening he had some birthday cookies.

As you might tell from the expression on his face, he wasn't happy about wearing a birthday crown or waiting for a cookie. 🥳 Still he was a good sport... waiting patiently for his treat. Chester continues to teach his brother Baxter how to be a good doggie.
