Hey everyone, sorry I haven’t been on here much lately. It been a crazy winter with the weather and my wife building a wedding venue. I have had some phone calls already wanting to know how things are looking, I have to say I’m very impressed how they are looking, I think this is a way deep set of pigs that I have. I farrowed 7 litters, starting on early January. I will have 5 cross litters that look really good. I also have 2 pure York litters. I have had some really good success in the York breed. I have won the York barrow show at the state fair the last 3 years. With that my York litters look way good!! I will keep more updates coming. I’m debating on having an online sale. If so it would be in middle of March. If you want to chat about some litters and pigs, call me!! Stay warm and hope this weather changes fast!!

Since I posted some of the barrows the other day for my online sale and I have gotten a lot of calls about the gilts so I thought I would post this.. I don’t let many gilts at the caliber leave the farm. All of these gilts are backed by some really great mommas!! Hey everyone today I loaded my first ever Duroc Gilt in the farrowing crate!! Yep I have never seen duroc babies before. So this is going to be the first. After watching the pure show at the expo. I had a idea to get a good one and see happens. Well early August I purchase one. She was reserve on the Iowa jackpot circuit. Got 3rd in her Class at expo. So I think I did alright, so far. I decided to bred her to Watch Out at SGI for a late January litter. I think this could be interesting. She is due on Tuesday.

Hey everyone, I know I haven’t posted much lately. It’s been one of the craziest years. I have to let u all know that I have 6 litters on the ground so far. I got 6 more to go. The first 6 litters have gotten me so pumped up that it’s hard not to smile. This is one of my favorite times of the year. Watching new born babies come to life. All the hours put into studying and driving to boar studs to match each litter. It’s like x-mas for me!! I will have 10 cross litters and 1 pure York and 1 pure duroc litter. I plan on having a online sale in March, also I will be planning on going to Indiana for the Go Big or Go Home sale. If you have any question or just want to talk Pigs feel free to call me or text. This two will be heading to the Go Big Go Home Sale on Saturday!! This barrow has the wow factor in him. When I open the door and he looks at me. My mouth drops, the only thing wrong with him is that he is cut:( This gilt is way way cool, huge bone and great pin set. I'm way in on them both BIG TIME!!
