We are committed to using positive reinforcement training to create a peaceful home environment between you and your dog. She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed, a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT), a certified Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, and an Instructor for the DOG B.O.N.E.S. Michaela takes continuing education very seriously and has atte

nded seminars in the dog education field with Dr. Ian Dunbar, Dr. Nicholas Dodman, Emma Parsons, and Sue Steinberg. She also attended Karen Pryor’s Clicker Expo. Positive reinforcement training is the best way to create a peaceful home environment. In a force-free environment a reward based system is used to promote good behaviors. It is one of the most powerful tools to shape and change unwanted behavior. Group classes are designed to establish the foundation of basic manners and increase the level of difficulty to facilitate off leash obedience. Private training is tailored to address behavioral issues including separation anxiety, resource guarding, leash reactivity, bringing baby home, and facilitating positive relationships between children and dogs.

Kim and I 💕ABSOLUTELY LOVE 💕 our Tuesday mornings spent at the Taunton Animal Shelter. We work on teaching the available dogs for adoption good manners in hopes of making them more adoptable. Here’s Preston. How he is still here is a mystery to us. This guy LOVES TRAINING and learning and allll the things. He is simply brilliant and wants to please so badly. He has come so far since we started and has all of his good citizen manners and a whole boatload of tricks. He’d love to be doing agility and sleeping on your couch! 10 years ago, pregnant with my second child, I envisioned being a stay at home Mom with a little dog training gig on the side. I never imagined the success that we would have and the lives we would change. I am so beyond grateful for the wonderful team of trainers that I have (that I also never imagined having) and for our dedicated clients who have become family. I am so grateful for the businesses we have partnered with and their spaces that they have shared. As we go into 2025, we’re beyond excited to open The Om Studio in East Bridgewater and continue to service our clients at our partner locations and the South Shore and surrounding towns. 🙏🏻 So many exciting things are in the works. Can’t say enough about the importance of this course. And is a fundraiser for PAWS New England! 🙏🏻

Here’s a great way to learn something all animal owners should know, get CE credits if needed, and benefit Paws New England!

This class is designed to teach the average person how to administer emergency CPR and first aid to an animal until veterinary care can be ascertained.
