R.I.P Little one, she tested positive for F.I.V and bloodwork showed her lil body shutting down.

Not the outcome I was hoping for but she was able to feel love, warmth and safe prob for the first and last time before her passing and not out in this frigid cold which would have been a very awful death for her.

I'm always devastated when I can't save them.

Thank you to everyone for all the donations, everyone truly helped her pass warm and loved if only for a few hours.

We are here waiting....poor Lil thing so not feeling good at all....just so lethargic

So far blood work has been done, combo tested, waiting on results, gums extremely pale, temp very low at 95 so they have her on a warming blanket.

Went to pick up my 2 cats from the spca today after spay....on my way home on route 3 in carthage by gambles this little black kitten was barely walking across the road....I thought the car ahead of me was going to hit it....I immediately pulled over....this poor thing is skin and bones, eyes and nose had so much infection drizzling out of both that I doubt kitty had any idea where he or she was even walking.....as soon as I picked him or her up she crawled right into my arms and looked up at me as to say ty so much...

The smell of infection is horrid so will be taking this Itty bitty to the vet tomorrow..... kitty crossed the road at the right time because I doubt it would have made it through the weekend....cleaned him or her up the best I could for now ....no appetite, needs fluids I'm sure, sound to sleep right now on a warming pad....(p.s. I put terrramycin in the eyes that's why they look greasy)

Any help towards vet care would be awesome!

WONDERFUL FOSTER HAS BEEN FOUND!

LOOKING FOR FOSTER!! READ AND SHARE

Looking for a foster for this sweet girl, she is microchipped, spayed, utd on vaccines but the current finder (when I say finder I mean someone kicked this cat outside and she took it in) has had her for 6 months and her other cats keep attacking her, she currently has to keep her separated.....stays in her bathroom so she doesn't get attacked, and before anyone chimes in about how to work through this she is very experienced with cat behavior but it's just not working.
She will be ok with less dominant behavior, super sweetheart. I'll post what the finder had to say about her. Lmk if you are interested and we can see if you are a fit.

Fostering means I provide you with what you need to foster, food, litter, litter box if you need it etc.

She’s great with kids, takes a very short time to warm up to people.. loves to play with her toys, will legit wrap her paws around your neck to hug you. Loved to be held like a baby.. me and my kids are heart broken but it’s not a healthy way to live for her. She’s currently in my bathroom locked away 😭
