Mandy's Dog-O-Mat is the areas premier self serve dog wash and full service grooming salon. About the self serve dog wash:
We have 4 professional grade stainless steel wash tubs that are token operated. Shampoo, conditioner, pet deodorizer, and a dryer all can be activated with a turn of a dial. If you prefer to towel dry your pet, a

towel can be rented for a dollar or you are welcome to bring your own. Each token to run our top of the line self serve machines is $5.00 and provides 7 minutes worth of wash/dry time. No Appointment necessary for Self Serve. Washing your pet at the Dog-O-Mat is much easier than at home for the following reason: 1) your dog is contained in a bay designed to reduce stress; 2) the cleaning product mixes with water washing the dirt away while supplying a constant stream of shampoo; 3) your pet is elevated off the ground while you wash reducing stress on your back; 4) If you have multiple dogs it is convenient as the wash tub is surrounded by an enclosed bay so while one dog is being watched, the other dog can move around without worries; 5) the water is automatically heated to an optimum temperature so you don't waste time adjusting that; 6) a dryer is within arms reach; 7) you don't have to pick up the mess afterwords. Good Morning Dog O Mat Family!
Just a few reminders as we head into the busy holiday season.

💥 If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appt. we will kindly ask you to reschedule. In order for my groomers to stay on a timely manner we need our customers to be on time. If we take dogs past that 15 minute grace period it puts my groomers behind on the clients that were on time.

💥 If you do not show up for your appt. you will be required to pay 50% of your next visit before we can book. That is non-refunable. If you do however show up to the appt you paid 50% for, that money will go towards that appt. Please be aware my groomers work on commission based, meaning if they have a client who doesn't show up for their appt my groomers don't get paid for that time slot. So please be considerate of my groomers time and if you know you can't make an appt please call and cancel that way we can get it filled as soon as possible.

💥 Lastly, we ask for 2-3 hours for grooming. We than call you when we are all finished or very close to being finished. Once we call you to inform you we are finished you have 1 HOUR to pick up. After that hour you will be charged. We have this policy for a few reasons. We don't like dogs in cages more than they need to be, the dogs have a tendency to use the bathroom in the kennel since we do not let them out to go potty. If that happens we do re-bathe them. Also we do not have the kennel capacity to have dogs at the shop all day. So please plan your day accordingly.
