NOTE: If Deemed “ungroomable” there will be a 40-60 dollar trip fee depending on location

Winter is finally upon us!!! Now that we have entered the start of the polar vortex please be advised that we drive a paced sized bus that has wheels not equipped to get through inches of snow. We ask if you can kindly have your driveways plowed and/or salted for safety. Street parking isn’t an option as of right now due to plows and we can’t trek through inches of inches upon snow bringing your dog(s) to and from the house. We are also cancelling this Monday and Tuesday “only” 🤞🏻 I hope and I am in the process of re-scheduling anyone who has an apt coming up in the next few days. So if you haven’t heard from me you will. Also *NOTE* we aren’t taking in or adding on any new apts until the weather improves! Thank you all for your patience and understanding

Attention valued clients, due to an increase of last minute requests for rescheduling, we have no choice but to enforce a 72 hour minimum for any changes to scheduled appointments and request 7 days notice if possible. Any changes within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of $50 per dog due to the difficulty of filling a spot on short notice. The upcoming winter weather will also bring changes to our hours of operation and also to pricing as our overall costs to operate increase. Thank you for your continued support and patronage and we look forward to working with you as these changes take effect. Thank you and let’s have a rocking holiday from all of us Kutz Mobile !
