We would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to all of our valued clients this year. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us to care for your pets π©·.
As we move into the new year, we are implementing some updated policies regarding late cancellations and no-shows. As a small business, we rely heavily on appointments to maintain our operations.
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we will be requiring a card on file for any client who cancels within 24 hours of their appointment or fails to show up.
A 50% charge of the service cost will be incurred for late cancellations, while a no-show will result in a 100% charge.
Also, due to economic factors some of our prices will be increasing, although we will strive to keep these adjustments to a minimum. Our website will be updated with the new pricing information.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to another successful year of providing exceptional pet grooming services.
