🚨IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT🚨

We would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to all of our valued clients this year. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us to care for your pets 🩷.

As we move into the new year, we are implementing some updated policies regarding late cancellations and no-shows. As a small business, we rely heavily on appointments to maintain our operations.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we will be requiring a card on file for any client who cancels within 24 hours of their appointment or fails to show up.

A 50% charge of the service cost will be incurred for late cancellations, while a no-show will result in a 100% charge.

Also, due to economic factors some of our prices will be increasing, although we will strive to keep these adjustments to a minimum. Our website will be updated with the new pricing information.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to another successful year of providing exceptional pet grooming services.

Happy New Year from the groomers at Sit. Stay. Spa! We wanted to show you some fun things that we did this year! Show us a photo of some of your favorite memories from this past year! We love seeing what our clients are up to. 🥰

Jenna traveled a lot this past year between dance, family trips with their 4 kids, and finally taking a honeymoon! She went to Wisconsin, South Dakota, Portland, Maine, Iowa, Nebraska, Massachusetts, and Florida.

Becca went to the Black Hills and recently went to Montana to go snowboarding!

Allison got engaged! She spent time hiking and working her dog. She also went on a dog training retreat to help others with dog behaviors, and read 125 books!

Shelly got engaged also! She traveled to Georgia and Nashville this year.

We look forward to seeing what 2025 brings us!
